I have a MSI gt73eVR 7re Titan laptop with an SSD drive and HDD Drive I have all my data in the HDD drive so if I reset the computer is shouldn't destroy my files. so now I am stuck without being able to reset to factory settings nor entering my computer. The only difference is that I cannot factory reset my computer because MSI has the false reagant error that prevents me for resetting to factory default settings. My problem is EXACTLY the same as the guy in this link:
Hello, all these problems started yesterday when Bluetooth stopped working after going my computer to sleep, trying to fix this got me to the loop of recovery so now I cannot enter my computer properly and I'm stuck in the repair window in advanced options.
